Washing Instructions

Flowers Design Co. uses Comfort Colors garments for both t-shirts and sweatshirts, a high quality fabric. Due to the nature of the dyeing process employed with Comfort Colors® pigment dyed shades, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments even after the first wash. We strongly recommend washing these garments with like-colored garments in cold water, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light-or white-colored garments in the wash cycle.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped out in 5-7 business days, but in some cases it may take up to 2 weeks. Shipping is only available within the United States.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned 30 days after receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@flowersdesignco.com with your receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for your return. Please allow 2 business days for a response. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, you may be responsible for return shipping fees.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exchanges

We do not exchange items. If you need to exchange your item, we suggest returning the item and making a separate purchase once your refund has been processed.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
